Inspirited Minds is an Islamic grassroots mental health charity founded in 2014. Our aims are to raise awareness of mental health within our communities; combat stigma, provide resources and training to empower our community members and provide professional, non-judgemental, confidential support and hope from a faith and culturally sensitive perspective to those struggling with their mental health and wellbeing.

Our initial research showed many Muslims found it difficult to seek help as they felt they would not be understood by non-faith based services, thus they chose to remain quiet and not seek support. We are here to change this and cater for this need. We are passionate to build a society where people experiencing mental health challenges are validated and empowered to live fulfilling lives.
